This health center also offers a nutritious Ayurvedic diet based on recommendations from an experienced, qualified, government-approved Ayurveda doctor. The natural Ayurvedic diet from our center typically includes food composed of fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, protein, dairy products, herbs, and spices, which help balance energy within your body and enhance health.

‘Rajan’s Ayujani Home’ is located near the marvelous Chowara Beach (500 meters away) with a grove of coconut trees, immaculate natural rocks, and hills. Chowara Beach is a scenic cliff and picturesque beach with blue water and golden sand located between Azhimala and Adimalathura beaches that are part of the Arabian Sea in the capital city of Trivandrum, Kerala state, known as ‘God’s own country’. There are shawl sellers, fruit sellers, fishermen, and mussel collectors to welcome you to the beautiful beach. The place Chowara is a renowned international tourist center with Kerala, Kashmiri, and Karnatic handloom product shops that showcase the diversity of Indian culture. The place is also a good shopping center with antique shops, jewellery shops, art and handicraft shops, art galleries, textiles and tailoring centers, and restaurants on both sides of the road to the beach. The surroundings (600 meters) of Chowara have two well-known Hindu temples, ‘Azhimala Siva Temple’ and ‘Ayyappa Swami Temple’, where we get the best pilgrim experience.
